• Full-repository actionlint reports existing errors in unchanged workflows, including unsupported concurrency.queue syntax and ShellCheck findings.
• The local pre-commit hook could not complete: mise toolchain installation failed, and retrying with automatic installation disabled exposed missing npm and markdownlint executables. Bypassed for this commit with explicit maintainer approval.
• Image builds were not run locally.
