• Many tongues now have alternate yells, whispers, and even sing verbs
  • An Ornithid may "tweet" when singing, a felinid may "yowl" when yelling, and a lizard may "growl" when whisper-yelling
  • Androids also get a full suite of verbs, such as "blaring" or "alarming"
• Shouting and yelling both increases say message range by 1.5x and 2x respectively, allowing you to be heard off screen
  • This also applies to whisper range - though it floors (so shouting ultimately amounts to the same range, 1 * 1.5 = 1)
  • Text shrinks at a further distance for shouting and yelling
• Whisper-shouting / whisper-yelling is now differentiated with a separate verb (defaulting to "whisper-yells")
• Scream emote now has double text distance, roughly matching its audio distance
• Emotes are now also shrunk based on distance, though shrinking at a further distance than speech
• Changes speech shrinking thresholds slightly
• Fix radio hallucination not having radio icon
