Replace jpastebin with a direct HttpClient POST so uploads have real timeouts #71
AI-assisted issue. Filed by agent driven by @Cervator via GDD.
Context
Found during review of #70, which adds a 30s wait around the PasteBin upload. CodeRabbit and Copilot both noted the same limit on that fix.
Problem / Current State
PastebinUploadRunnable calls jpastebin, which uses a plain URLConnection with no connect or read timeout and no way to set one. #70's future.cancel(true) only interrupts the thread; blocking socket I/O ignores that, so a hung upload keeps running after the dialog reports failure, and a retry can publish a second copy of the report.
jpastebin is also the reason for #70's Jackson workaround: its published POM omits its own dependencies.
Acceptance Criteria
The PasteBin POST has connect and read timeouts, and a timed-out request actually stops.
A test exercises the timeout without touching the network.
Technical Notes
HostedUploadRunnable in the same package already posts with Apache HttpClient, which cr-core depends on; the PasteBin API is one form POST to https://pastebin.com/api/api_post.php (api_dev_key, api_option=paste, api_paste_code, api_paste_name, api_paste_format, api_paste_expire_date) returning the paste URL as the body. RequestConfig carries the timeouts.
