[hetaoBackend]

Adds four skills to stacks/ronny for the part of agent work we keep coming back to: owning the result after we delegate it.

Skill	When
agent-brief	Before delegating: stakes, our own hypothesis, scope in our words, what "verified" means, mode
evidence-first-review	When an agent says done: evidence before summary, what each check misses, silent decisions, try to break it
review-capacity-check	Before launching more sessions: is finished work piling up faster than we can stand behind it
taste-to-checks	Turn a correction we keep making into a test, lint, hook or CI step, proven on the old mistake

Also: README / README_ZH / stack README / WORKFLOW tables, plugin manifests and marketplace description, version 0.2.5 → 0.3.0.

Validation: node scripts/check.mjs with the MiniMax Code plugin validator and CHECK_BASE=origin/main passes for all 3 stacks.
