🤖 I have created a release beep boop

durable-ioring-events: 0.2.0

0.2.0 (2026-10-22)

⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • durable-ioring: durable-ioring's target and submit traits gain a declared access and carry it in a typed Key, Diagnostic and DiagnosticKind gain the begin/end pair variants, and a sink is given every pair's end; win-durable-ioring asks for file access as a typed set of named rights, takes data access as the type parameter of every handle it opens, takes a share mode as a typed set, takes OpenedFile::open's path as a Wtf16String, uses Win32's own disposition enum, and removes HandleKindQuery and HandleKind.

Features

  • durable-ioring: a typed Key<A> carries a target's access, every sink takes the begin/end pairs, and the ETW provider writes each pair as one activity (341858e)
win-durable-ioring: 0.5.0

0.5.0 (2026-10-22)

0.5.0 (2026-10-22)

⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • threadpool: From for WaitableHandle takes win-sync-sys' new Event, whose clones share one handle and which no longer converts to OwnedHandle, so it is not the Event type 0.3.0 accepted. A wait built from an Event is a shared target: WaitableHandle::into_handle returns the wrapper unchanged while any clone of the Event remains, where it returned the handle unconditionally.

Features

  • threadpool: a wait target may be a SharedHandle, and a wait built from an Event shares its handle with the clones the caller keeps (2821f76)

Closing without merging. This PR was proposed because #160's release was only partly tagged: windows-threadpool-sys 0.4.0, win-durable-ioring 0.4.0 and durable-ioring-events 0.1.0 had no tags or GitHub releases, so release-please saw their breaking commits as unreleased and proposed 0.5.0, 0.5.0 and 0.2.0 on top, with patch bumps for their dependents.

Cause: raw From<Event> and Key<A> in the BREAKING CHANGE: footers became HTML elements in the release PR body, and release-please's body parser dropped those three components' sections without failing the run.

Recovered: the three releases and tags were created at the #160 merge commit (724ffb2f) and published, and the seven publish runs that had timed out waiting on threadpool 0.4.0 were re-run and succeeded. Re-running release-please on that commit now finds 0 releases in scope, so there is nothing for this PR to propose.
