Documents Smart Pinging end to end (app 1.4.0): the DEFER item on the Third Party API guide with batch examples with and without one, plus the altitude field and paste-only note that page was missing; a Smart Pinging section on Wardriving Modes, Settings Reference, How It Works and FAQ; the 1.5 point credit and Top Airtime Savers board on Leaderboards; the three Airtime awards; and the Enforce Smart Pinging settings on the Admin Portal page. The Settings Reference is rebuilt around the app's folder pages (General, Map, Wardriving, Data, MeshMapper Account, API Endpoints, Apple Watch, About & Support, Developer Tools), which also corrects Flood Traffic being off by default and the CARpeater filter taking a full public key, and every other app page now cites Settings > Folder > Setting paths.
