fix: add generation guards to dashboard fetch effects and correlate live-data badge (#74)

Fixes #74.

• Add generation-counter refs to both contributor and sponsor dashboard fetch effects so stale responses from superseded runs are silently discarded (last-started wins, not last-resolved).
• Correlate the contributor dashboard's Live/Demo badge with both the stats fetch and the bounty-list fetch — partial failures now show 'Partial data' in orange instead of a misleading unqualified 'Live data'.
• Sponsor dashboard gets the same generation guard for its combined fetch effect.
• TypeScript compiles cleanly with npx tsc --noEmit.
