Fixes #57 by extracting a shared helper
calculateContributorEarningsto correctly query the Payment ledger for confirmed payouts. This ensures accurate earnings figures for contributors who participate in team-split bounties, rather than overstating them by attributing the full Bounty.amount to a single claimedById. Added unit tests for both services to prevent regressions.
