What changed and why: Rewrites docs/releases/v1.0.md to the maintainer's structure: performance improvements first (testing at key moments, with the moments table and the measured numbers from the CHANGELOG and PR bodies), the settings a project owner controls, context packs, everything else, how to update (pin by tag, sync-project.sh --repair-intake, and the paste-in instruction for projects that cannot update today). The base is release/v1.0 (master is frozen). Every PR the notes name has merged (#417, #421, #427, #424, #422, #423, #414, #410, #411, #404, #450, which replaced #309), and the notes also cover what landed on release/v1.0 since: #429, #435, #436, #431, #437, #438, #453, #449 and #434 (the progress report, described as shipping). The tag is v1.0.

Impact

Row Answer
Process none: docs only, no new step, gate or artifact
Dependencies docs/releases/v1.0.md, CHANGELOG.md. No other open PR edits the notes file
Context cost none: docs/releases is not routed (0 hits in bin/lib/skill-routing.tsv). bin/render-routing.sh --check on head: stage 4 33,487, stage 5 69,795, stage 6 45,835, stage 7 26,001 words, equal to the base figures quoted in #417
Behaviour NOT RUN: release notes are read by people adopting the toolkit, not by agents in a session
Runtime n/a

# Conflicts:
#	CHANGELOG.md
Every named PR has merged; adds the process map, BRD report, per-flow unit tests,
load test, progress report, multilingual skill and the legacy-widget notes; tag v1.0.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Remove conflict markers in CHANGELOG, correct the exec timing source, the merged claim and the #434 claims, add the decompose, rehost and mxpatch bullets, and apply the cheap wording fixes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Drop the stale #434 clause, align the paste-in test rule with the agreed
moments, add the interview-gate hook re-install step, and use the real
skill name learned-multilingual-app.

… A/B to the 1.0 notes

Two measured items from #395 and #389 were missing: the bug-lookup top-3 hit rate
(9% to 94% dev, 100% held-out, with the confident-wrong caveat) and the behaviour-suite
results (page trap 0/5 vs 5/5, page check 0/5 vs 2-3/5, microflow check 1/5 vs 5/5,
commit-in-loop 2/5 vs 0/5), with the inherited-instructions caveat.

- Context packs: drop the withdrawn token figure (771eb97); the token saving is not proven.
- The with/without-toolkit A/B moves to section 1 as "Does the toolkit help?", with the
planted binding named, the 5-run sample and the inherited-CLAUDE.md caveat stated, and the
RUNBOOK's PR and release-cut triggers (figures checked against
  tests/behaviour/results/2026-10-15-*.tsv).
- Bug lookup: held-out first (100% top 3 on 12 positives, from 0%), dev marked as the
  tuning set, confident-wrong as counts (3 of 18, 3 of 40), per #395.
- Process map: #429's field figure (102 pinnable items, 19 whole app, none unplaced)
  replaces the unsourced "sixty questions".
- Windows logs: drop the unsourced "almost 9 times" (#462).
- Thanks: Joshua filed nine reports (#356-#361, #381-#383).
- Less to read: cite #385 and #183; baseline 73,682 words at release.
- Section 2 is "Settings you control", with the Progress report (#434) and Permission
  profile (#216) rows.
- New items: #220, #292, #391/#394, #271, #265, #407.
- CHANGELOG: the round-6 dedupe keeps the line credited to the review of PR #434.

Promote release/v1.0 to master for the 1.0 release: 17 squash-merged PRs plus the release notes (#428). Each was independently reviewed and green against release/v1.0.

Review: independent review MERGE-AFTER-FIX on the PR body only; the branch content was ready.
- The commits match the PR table one for one.
- Context cost reproduces with render-routing --check: baseline 73,558 -> 73,682 of 80,000.
- The added-line client-name scan finds 0 hits; leak guard and docs numbering are clean.
- The body fixes (tag name, count, Behaviour row, decomposition range) were applied before merge.
- Known: #384 and #379 will conflict in project-bin/exec.sh and need a master merge before they land.
