Steps to reproduce

An ACT_ nanoflow whose only non-UI action is a call to a SUB_ nanoflow, then mxcli lint with the toolkit lint rules installed

Expected

The sub-nanoflow call is allowed, as MicroflowCallAction already is in ALLOWED_ACTIONS

Actual

CONV010 warning: contains 1 business-logic activities (NanoflowCallAction). Retest on master 96e3553: the toolkit conv010 rule (ALLOWED_ACTIONS, lines 73-81) still lacks NanoflowCallAction; mxcli bundled copy has it
