Save your entire inventory - hotbar, armor and offhand - as named kits with /kit save, and restore them any time with /kit load. Kits are stored per player, survive across Minecraft versions, and load back into their exact original slots.
A Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3.
/kit save <name>- store your current inventory as a named kit/kit load <name>- restore a kit, completely overriding the current inventory (main, armor and offhand)/kit load <Tab>- see your saved kits with tab-completion while typing/kit load- list all of your saved kits/kit delete <name>- delete a saved kit (also tab-completed)/kit preview <name>- open a read-only chest screen showing a kit's contents before loading it (also tab-completed)- Kits are stored per player and survive across Minecraft versions and game sessions
- Items load back into their exact original slots
- A single unreadable item (e.g. after a data format change) never invalidates a kit - it is skipped with a warning
- Client-side mode - works with a client-only install on servers that do not have the mod
- Install Fabric Loader 0.19.3+ for your Minecraft version
- Install Fabric API
- Drop the jar matching your Minecraft version into
.minecraft/mods/(or the server'smods/folder for servers)
The mod works both as a server mod and as a client-only mod:
- Server-side - on singleplayer worlds and servers with the mod,
/kitruns on the server and kits load in any game mode. Kits are stored per player underconfig/kitloader/kits/<player-uuid>/. - Client-side - with only the client install,
/kit save,/kit load <Tab>,/kit preview <name>and/kit deletestill work on any server. Because a client cannot change its inventory in survival,/kit loadtemporarily switches you to creative, applies the kit, and switches you back (requires cheats or/gamemodepermission). Kits saved this way go toconfig/kitloader/client-kits/. In singleplayer the server-side path is used automatically. On servers with the mod,/kit previewopens a read-only chest screen; a client-only install shows the kit's contents in chat instead, since only the server can open container screens.
Requires Java 25+.
