- 五个分组由扁平分隔改为 16px 圆角卡片，组头 52px、标题 15px，divided 道具随分隔线删除 - 页头新增状态总览条（账户健康、月额度剩余、服务状态、模型范围），文案全部复用分组已有摘要与余额字符串，零新增词条 - 行间 .5px 细线（有意推翻 2026-10-21「行间不画线」的决定：卡片内无分界时行与行粘连） - 动效：--cc-ease-out 统一曲线；开关 40×24；全部可点元素 :active 缩放 0.97；用量条 width 动画改为 scaleX；保存条 48px、出场快于入场、无回弹；卡片首屏 @starting-style + 40ms stagger；prefers-reduced-motion 下整页动效一刀切 - 折叠由 hidden 瞬切改为 grid-rows 动画（动效结束后 visibility:hidden，无障碍语义不变） 验证：typecheck 干净，全量测试 1129/1129，build 成功，dsh web --dump-config 加载验证通过。
- Command Code CLI 1.88.0 → 1.88.1：协议字符串集合、字面量计数与订阅/ZDR 表逐项相同，只同步版本常量。 - DSH 0.2.2-alpha.2 准入：engines.dsh、compatibility 与 34 个 peer／开发依赖改为 >=0.2.1-rc.2 <0.2.2-0 || >=0.2.2-alpha.2 <0.2.3-0；Cordis／Schemastery 精确析取； engines.node 抬到 >=24.9（Node 22/23 不再支持），三个 workflow 同步到 24.9.0。 - 验证脚本适配 alpha.2：分析历史夹具改用 enter() + announce()，新增费用投影探针。 - 文档：CHANGELOG、README、引擎兼容、模型目录、对接说明、决策记录第 17 条与提交历史。
用量报告读到任一窗口超限时，按探测的同一口径给该密钥打冷却标记：有可信 重置时刻记为到期自动恢复的 cooldown，否则为 unknown；只打不清，401 禁用 的密钥不动。报告本来就要拉 /alpha/billing/credits，不增加任何请求。 此前标记只在真实请求被拒时写入内存，进程重启后丢失，自动模式会先选中卡片 上已显示「每周 100%」的账号并白撞一次拒绝。
