Adds the approved shared atmosphere account UI. Made-Sick owns the reusable account picker; Training and Creator OS reuse the existing Companion identity sign-in path. Public browsing and manual publishing remain available.
Validation: 82 Made-Sick tests, 24 Companion tests, 14 Creator OS regressions; Companion TypeScript and production build; Training link/ID checks and shared-asset drift check passed. Browser preview was unavailable, so visual/device acceptance and a real provider authorization are still pending. Owner authorized publication without a preview. Companion version 15 is deployed before these links are released.
