Prepares #45

Summary

• set the unified product, app, web, and npm launcher version to 1.1.0
• roll the complete post-v1.0.2 changelog into the dated 1.1.0 section
• refresh known-gap links to the issues that remain open
• preflight every Apple and npm credential before any tagged release job can create partial external state

Validation

• all five version sources equal 1.1.0
• npm launcher installer/security suite: 6/6 passed
• git diff --check

Release gate

Merge this preparation only after CI is green. The v1.1.0 tag must not be pushed until the five Apple signing/notary secrets and NPM_TOKEN are available to Actions; the release workflow deliberately fails closed without them.
