plugin.json 升到 0.1.1；release.yml 发版说明写明 litheLogging 1 依赖和 0.1.1 的诊断日志变化；README 去掉“尚未发布”，改为从 Releases 下载， 说明稳定版 0.6.7 能安装但无法启动，暂不收录 Store。

plugin.json：version0.1.0 → 0.1.1。.github/workflows/release.yml：发版说明原来还是 0.1.0 的内容，改为写明需要litheLogging 1、稳定版 0.6.7 请继续用 0.1.0，并列出 0.1.1 的变化。README.md：litheLogging: 1依赖。0.1.1 包含的功能变化（已在 #2 合入）

新版 SDK 在宿主不提供
litheLogging时拒绝初始化。稳定版 v0.6.7 支持vcsProviders 1/serverProcess 1，能安装但无法启动 provider，而清单没法声明这个依赖。工作流本来就带--prerelease，Store 自动追踪会跳过。验证
本地通过：
node scripts/verify-sdk.mjsnode scripts/test.mjs：24 通过、0 失败、1 跳过，跳过的是需要 Core 的场景测试，由 CI 运行。node scripts/package.mjs --expect-tag v0.1.1合入后打
v0.1.1tag 触发 Release 工作流。
