Summary
Undo the reusable-workflow migration introduced by #8485 and restore the materialized organization workflow model.
This PR:
.github/workflows/lint-typescript.ymlfrom the LibreCode organization catalog;.github/workflows/node-test.ymlas a materialized workflow;node-test.yml.patch.The local patch keeps only the LibreSign-specific difference. Future organization workflow updates are handled by the consumer-side sync Action and
.github/actions-lock.txt.Dependency
This PR should stay draft until LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows#55 is merged and the organization sync template is republished with the hardened Action pin.
