Completes #69 and distribution for #68 by pinning the consumer updater to released
github-workflowsv0.4.0 (002f172…) and passing platform version, immutable platform SHA and the exact checked-out catalog SHA into the v2 lock. The upstream-derived template remains generated from the Nextcloud source plus the LibreCode patch.
