Closes #68.
Adds an explicit authentication contract to the materialized workflow updater. Existing LibreCode repositories keep the LibreCode GitHub App path, while independent consumers may use their own GitHub App, a repository-scoped token, or an explicitly selected GITHUB_TOKEN fallback. Documentation calls out the GITHUB_TOKEN event/CI limitation and tests cover both LibreCode and organization-independent paths.
