Replaces the static MDB homepage with a modular React and Vite portfolio. Updates experience and education from the supplied résumés, preserves existing research and project links, and adds Chinese/English switching plus an AI video slot supporting direct video playback or external links.
Content lives in src/data, reusable sections in src/components, and theme/responsive styles in src/styles.css. Includes current résumé PDFs, maintenance documentation, and a GitHub Actions workflow that checks PRs and deploys main to the existing Pages URL.
Validation: production Vite build and all 3 content tests passed locally. No real AI video has been supplied; its card is explicitly marked coming soon.
