Bugfix: rebuilding RoborazziComposeOptions duplicated options

A custom Capturer that rebuilt parameter.roborazziComposeOptions with .builder()...build() added options that implement more than one option interface once per interface, doubling on every rebuild. With ManualClockOptions(advanceTimeMillis = 500) the clock advanced 1024 ms instead of 512 ms, so animated previews were captured at the wrong frame without any error. builder() now replays each option exactly once (#​950, #​951).

Thanks to @​danielkatfavor for the clear report and reproduction in #​948.

Performance: captureRoboImage(roborazziComposeOptions = ...) { } applies setup options before launching the Activity

When you pass roborazziComposeOptions with setup options such as size, fontScale, uiMode, locale or device qualifiers, they are now applied before RoborazziActivity launches, so Robolectric no longer recreates the Activity. For example, size(300, 400) went from 74.7 ms to 37.6 ms per capture in the sample (#​943). Calls without these options are unchanged. Custom RoborazziComposeSetupOption.configure now runs before the launch.

Bugfix: generated preview tests compile in explicit API mode

Generated Compose Preview tests now declare explicit visibility, so they compile when explicit API mode applies to test compilations (#​945).
