Release prep for 1.6.0: version bump in
pyproject.tomland the CHANGELOG entry covering OSV CVE statements under--vex(#110), target-error telemetry (#109), and the macOS Intel binary fix (#111). The entry's callout discloses the newapi.osv.devlookup and the stable dependencybom-refs. Minor rather than patch because--no-osvis a new flag and--vexmakes a new network call.
