   Plan:

   • Update release workflow to delete existing release assets for the tag before uploading new artifacts.
   • Keep behavior unchanged when no release exists (skip deletion).
   • Ensure API calls use GITHUB_TOKEN with contents: write.

   Risks:

   • If artifact deletion succeeds but later steps fail, the existing release will be missing assets until rerun.
