In 04_Vertex_buffers/02_Staging_buffer, after the createBuffer() refactor, createVertexBuffer() only creates a local staging buffer, so the vertexBuffer member stays nullptr while recordCommandBuffer() still binds it. The "Run your program to make sure that the vertex buffer still works properly" instruction therefore can't succeed at this step.
This PR removes that instruction, since the device-local vertex buffer is only created in the next section.
