Add agent instructions with the merge and worktree rules - #13

Conversation
OpenCamInterop had no agent-instruction file. AGENTS.md points agents to README and CONTRIBUTING, restates the public-repository sanitizing rule, and records the owner decisions of 2026-10-01: both `claude/` and `codex/` branch prefixes are valid, pull requests merge with `gh pr merge --merge --match-head-commit`, and an agent removes only its own completed worktrees. CLAUDE.md imports AGENTS.md, as in the other repositories. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

RESULT
The repository gets an agent-instruction file, as the maintainers' other repositories have:
AGENTS.mdpoints agents to README and CONTRIBUTING (the authority), restates the offline boundary and the public-repository sanitizing rule, and lists the validation commands.claude/<topic>andcodex/<topic>branches are both valid; pull requests merge with a merge commit (gh pr merge <number> -R KalyteraSystems/OpenCamInterop --merge --match-head-commit <head-sha>, never squash or rebase); an agent removes only its own worktrees, once their work is merged or closed.CLAUDE.mdimportsAGENTS.mdand holds no rules of its own.No library, CLI, schema, fixture or workflow behavior changes. The two Markdown files are not packed (the package includes only README and the schemas).
