Describe the bug
pcapkit/all.py:113-114 lists OSPF on the Link Layer line, with a comment saying it belongs to the application layer. #1116 moves OSPF into the application group in protocols/schema/__init__.py and protocols/data/__init__.py, but not here.
Expected behavior
List OSPF with the application-layer protocols in pcapkit/all.py, and remove the band-aid comment.
