Two Kupo responses the Kupmios provider does not handle, found by checking the Kupo source at v2.10.0 to v2.12.0.
- PlutusV4 scripts. From v2.12.0,
/scripts/{hash} can return language: "plutus:v4" (src/Kupo/Data/Cardano/Script.hs:126). ScriptSchema (packages/evolution/src/sdk/provider/internal/Kupo.ts:34) rejects it, and the default: throw in getScriptEffect (KupmiosEffects.ts:152-153) runs inside Effect.map, so it would surface as a defect. Nothing breaks until V4 scripts exist on chain. Fix: accept the literal and fail with a ProviderError until the SDK supports V4.
- Byron addresses. Kupo writes Byron addresses in base58 (
src/Kupo/Data/Cardano/Address.hs:25-34), but the provider parses every address with CoreAddress.fromBech32 inside Effect.map (KupmiosEffects.ts:173). A Byron output returned by an output-reference or policy query throws a defect. Fix: accept base58, or fail with a ProviderError.
