Kupmios: protocol parameters fail when Ogmios omits a cost model language #568

Description

@solidsnakedev

Two protocol-parameter decoding failures in the Kupmios provider, found by checking the Ogmios encoders at v6.14.0 and v7.0.0. #559 covers the third, the maxReferenceScriptsSize rename.

  1. Cost models. ProtocolParametersSchema requires plutus:v1, plutus:v2 and plutus:v3 (packages/evolution/src/sdk/provider/internal/Ogmios.ts:91-95). Ogmios builds the map from costModelsValid, so it sends only the languages that have a cost model (server/src/Ogmios/Data/Json/Alonzo.hs:131-141 at v6.14.0), and its JSON schema CostModels has no required keys. On a network without one of the three, getProtocolParameters fails. Fix: make each language key optional and map a missing one to {}.
  2. Redeemer purpose. Ogmios v7.0.0 adds a guard purpose in the Dijkstra era (server/src/Ogmios/Data/Json/Dijkstra.hs:320-326), which RedeemerSchema (Ogmios.ts:146) rejects. No current network uses it. It belongs with Dijkstra support.
