Make AutoControl discoverable and safer for AI agents

Summary

This PR turns AutoControl's existing GUI automation and MCP capabilities into a clearer AI-agent entry point, while fixing the two concrete integration gaps found during the review.

What changed

• Repositioned the project in all three READMEs as an open-source cross-platform computer-use / GUI automation framework for AI agents.
• Added AI.md as an AI-facing discovery and usage guide.
• Added bilingual Sphinx documentation for AI agents and computer use, and linked it into both documentation trees.
• Documented the existing model-friendly MCP aliases and the canonical ac_* surface.
• Documented MCP read-only mode and alias disabling.
• Changed AC_run_agent to expose a focused computer-use allow-list by default instead of the entire AC_* catalogue.
• Added a regression test proving the OpenAI path receives the focused toolset and stays within the provider tool limit.
• Documented how applications can explicitly build custom toolsets with export_*_tools(only=[...]).
• Fixed the MCP registry server identity and repository URL to the current Integration-Automation/AutoControlGUI organization.
• Aligned pyproject.toml, dev.toml, and README repository metadata.
• Updated CHANGELOG.md, Progress.md, and docs/updates/.

Validation

• The branch is based directly on main with no divergence behind it.
• Repository file/metadata consistency was checked after the final changes.
• The environment available to this session cannot run the project's local test suite because it cannot clone the repository or resolve GitHub from the execution container. CI should perform the authoritative test run after the PR is opened.

The intent is to make AutoControl easier for both humans and AI systems to discover without adding another parallel API surface.
