Sync Japanese documentation with EN changes from PR #468. - Updated docs/xplat/src/content/jp/components/inputs/button-group.mdx with full translation of redesigned button-group topic (anatomy, getting started, states, interaction states, layout template, custom toggle buttons, do/don't, properties, accessibility, troubleshooting, FAQ sections). - Updated docs/xplat/src/content/jp/toc.json: removed Angular exclusion from Button Group entry, added updated:true to Badge and Button Group entries.
