With this PR I pick all changes from the release_11 install.md (#11657) to trunk and afterwards add all changes that were only made in install.md for trunk to not lose any information (such as php version, new Setup Paths, mysql version, java versions, ...).
With this PR we will keep up with the install.md for ILIAS 12.
@fwolf-ilias for your information. imo we should edit this file for ILIAS 12 before the release_12 branch is created.
