我也遇到了，我是Docker部署，API位置测试连接成功，VPN开全局模式，生成大纲时也出现了“Request failed with status code 500”。

v1.4.2 (2026-03-15) fixed several bugs that may have caused this issue:

1. rstrip('/v1') URL truncation — base URLs like api.openai.com were being silently corrupted to api.openai.co, causing API calls to fail with 500 errors. Fixed across 5 backend files.
2. Image API test connection — chat-based endpoints (Doubao/Volcengine) were tested against /v1/models which doesn't exist, fixed to use configured endpoint.

Please update to the latest version (docker pull histonemax/redink:latest) and let us know if the issue persists. If it does, please share the backend logs for further diagnosis.
