Summary
Etsy rejects a listing title longer than 140 characters (
/title/0 : cannot be more than 140 characters). Ouretsy_create_listing_draftandetsy_edit_listingtools did not mention the limit, so models sent longer titles. In the last 24 h on Cloud, Etsy refused titles as too long 27 times onetsy_edit_listing(1 workspace) and 2 times onetsy_create_listing_draft(1 workspace).Changes
titleparameter of both tools now says "at most 140 characters" and declaresmaxLength: 140.The description reaches the model in the tool list. String
maxLengthis not enforced by our schema code yet; that is proposed separately. This is a parameter description change, so the catalog reconciler applies it to installed Etsy connectors at boot ("safe" class). Customers don't need to click "Apply update".Type

Deployment: Cloud and self-hosted behave the same. Installed Etsy connectors get the new description at the next boot.
