Summary
Adds a Docker Compose example for Open Health Sync, a self-hosted health data aggregator. It collects data from Apple Health, Health Connect, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Fitbit, Dexcom and other sources into Postgres (TimescaleDB), and serves it through a REST API, FHIR R4, CSV/Parquet exports and a read-only MCP server.
What's included:
examples/open-health-sync/docker-compose.yml: the server plus TimescaleDB, following the repo conventions (DOCKER_VOLUME_STORAGEbind mounts, commented Traefik labels,CHANGEMEsecrets)examples/open-health-sync/README.md: references and first-start notes (volume ownership, encryption key, creating an API key)README.md: entry in the Miscellaneous sectionTested with
docker compose up -d --wait: both containers healthy, ohs doctorpasses, an API key created withohs admin tenant createreads the API.I maintain Open Health Sync.
