Gate passes. The independent fact review failed the first pass on seven qualifiers (for example "generator weights", "provisional findings", "a jailbroken console", the Hy Memory licence is Apache 2.0); all seven are fixed with the reviewer's wording, and a second check of the changed sentences passed.
• media.json gets the brief's entry with the series hero. The rebuilt docs/ adds the new card to the related lists of earlier briefs and tag pages.

• Items from the scout reports that repeat the 17 Oct edition, the OpenAI misalignment post (openai.com returns an empty page to our fetch) and one GitHub issue about a private user's complaint were left out.
