• retain the public/private history boundary and projection-only provenance

• two independent 128-file projections built from governed-source commit 43a4d87d1baeae23129a117cd0399a74722d32ba
• complete-tree ledgers compared byte-for-byte and matched
• focused Windows/CI-equivalent suite passed on both candidates: 242 tests, 1 expected skip each
• full standard-library suite passed on both candidates: 701 tests, 2 expected skips each
• projection distribution and deterministic license gates passed on both candidates
• final projection checker passed on both retained candidates and on the committed-tree export
