Extends SchemaProperty with MaxLength/MinLength/MaxItems/MinItems/OneOf/AnyOf (typeless branches omit the type key). Migrates WebSearchTool and MultiAgentTool to the typed Schema()/Parameters()/DecodeInput[T] pattern with parity tests.
