Migrates TerminalCreate, TerminalSend, TerminalRead, TerminalList, TerminalResize, TerminalKill to the typed Schema()/Parameters()/DecodeInput[T] pattern with parity tests. Preserves TerminalCreate/TerminalList empty-input tolerance and the *bool send_enter shape.
