Fixes #124.

  • The SHA column was missing from the Commit Graph's bottom-panel layout, so ticking it in the Columns menu did nothing. It now shows when it is on and there is room.
  • When the panel is too narrow for a column you have on, the Columns menu names it, e.g. "SHA hidden — panel too narrow".
  • The fix is in the shared graph UI, so it applies to the extension and the desktop app.

Tests: graph layout and Columns menu unit tests added; extension and desktop suites pass locally.

…s why (#124)

The Columns menu showed SHA ticked over a graph with no SHA column. The
bottom panel's compact layout had no SHA track at all, and the editor tab
dropped Date and SHA below an 860px host whether or not they fitted; the
menu counted only unticked columns, so "1 hidden" meant Date.

- Compact gets a real, pinned SHA track that follows the toggle.
- Date and SHA (and Author in compact) are fitted to the width: the
message gives way to its floor and Branch/Tag keeps a readable width
first; SHA keeps its place longest. The narrow table tier keeps SHA too.
- A ticked column with no room is marked "no room" in the menu, and the
footer names it ("SHA hidden — panel too narrow").
- The refs legibility floor carries one chip gap of slack, so the current
branch chip is not cut to "m…" now that the tail stays below 860px.
