TechAPI #257 corrected storage-as-RAM on 2006-2012 phones (original iPhone 128 MB, Nexus S 512 MB) and relaxed its own validator to 0.016-64 GB RAM and 50-1500 g. This copy still rejected them, failing CI on every PR.

Mirrors the phone range change TechAPI made in GetTechAPI/TechAPI#257. That PR corrected RAM recorded from storage on 2006-2012 phones (original iPhone 0.125 GB, Nexus S 0.5 GB, and so on) and widened
ram_gbto 0.016-64 andweight_gto 50-1500 in TechAPI's validator. This copy still used 1-64 / 50-500, sotestfails on every TechEngine PR (e.g. #91) with 23 range errors.Refs GetTechAPI/TechAPI#1
