Dependabot alert #142 (high, GHSA-xjj6-f33q-929c) flags undici 8.11.2 in the lockfile. Dependabot can't fix it on its own because our overrides entry holds undici at ^8.10.2.

undici only reaches us through test tooling (jsdom, testcontainers), so this is a dev-only dependency and nothing in the shipped app changes.

The fix raises the override to ^8.12.2. The lockfile now resolves undici 8.12.3 from registry.npmjs.org, and no other package moved.
