五处 CommandText 表名内插收敛到五个私有静态 Build*CommandText 构建器，SQL 文本逐字节不变（表名 = 编译期封闭类型名双引号转义， 标识符不可绑定参数）；SaveBulkAsync 单批体抽 SaveBulkBatchAsync、 UpdatePartialAsync 读改写核心抽 ExecuteUpdatePartialCoreAsync， 认知复杂度 19/18 降至 15 内，行为零变化（S2077×5 + S3776×2）。 Linear: GFX-890
