Optimize ExportSite

Summary

This pr improves GuideSite export reliability, performance, asset handling, and browser rendering

• Add detailed export diagnostics with language, source file, line, column, warning/error counts, and stage timing
• Parallelize language context preparation and improve scene/page export performance
• Reduce exported site size through shared assets, compressed templates, deduplicated scene data, webp conversion, apng support, and cached image optimization
• Improve scene export fidelity for ponder timelines, structure states, StructureLib metadata, block statistics, hover targets, animated textures, player skins, and runtime scene controls
• Add reusable scene state manifests and shared variant data to reduce duplicated cartesian product exports
• Improve browser scene interaction, keyframe playback, zooming, navigation, tooltips, item linking, responsive layouts, and mobile support
• Add localized scene controls and language-aware page rendering
• Improve recipe rendering, including NEI background assets and exported image references
• Add npm based static site build support for GitHub Pages deployment
• Add shared site resources, favicon assets, and improved web runtime asset loading
