Bind DFlash7 to concurrent page-delta reads

Resulting behavior

The GLM-5.3 DFlash7 image contract now binds SparkCache commit 5ec6a9953ad5d39120298bbfc26e95a6fa4b1dc3, Git tree 94c236b9dfbf5f70075eb47877fd9caaa5d8c249, and deployable source SHA-256 bc238f96e550c7ec27d4081dd1f2e741d404aaf5c8572d89ccc5e76812be4d63.

That source preserves canonical CUDA configuration and authenticated partial-terminal-page replacement while adding bounded concurrent reads for page-delta chunks. The eight-worker reader preserves manifest descriptor order.

The builder pins, generated source receipt, image labels, runtime verifier, both executable profiles, profile resolver, attestations, regression tests, and quickstart require the same SparkCache identity. DFlash draft-loader separation, vLLM and B12X identities, DeepEP removal, warning policy, and the benchmark README correction remain unchanged.

Compatibility and cache namespace

Cache namespace impact: none. Cache identities, digest salts, chunk geometry, page-delta wire schemas, model identities, vLLM patches, the lease contract, and the CUDA placement ABI are unchanged. Existing compatible entries remain eligible.

The image identity and source receipt must change because the SparkCache source changes. Verification fails closed when the source commit, tree, clean source digest, generated receipt, or image labels differ.
