Link the integrated native-MTP3 composition separately from DFlash2 and state implemented changes, exact-image smoke evidence, missing maintenance budgets and token attribution, and remaining workload validation for issues 60 and 61. Runtime behavior and cache namespaces are unchanged. Validation: changed-document links and Git whitespace checks passed.

Link native-MTP3 and DFlash2 deployments separately and add an issue-status page for #60 and #61. Distinguish merged implementation, exact-image smoke evidence, missing per-pass maintenance budgets and per-request token attribution, and original-workload validation. Link the immutable serving evidence prepared in SparkRing #238. Runtime behavior and cache namespaces are unchanged. Validation: 21 relative links in changed documents and Git whitespace checks passed.
