Stacked member rows (≤1200 px) now show a visible .fs-label 'Speicherlimit' bound by for/id to the amount input and a 'belegt'/'used' suffix after the used figure; both are hidden on the wide table, which keeps its headers. New i18n key members.usedSuffix in all three locales, decision recorded in DECISIONS.md.
