Repeated updates to one pull request currently leave older CI runs executing. Add workflow/event/PR-scoped concurrency and cancel only superseded pull_request runs. Push, tag and workflow_dispatch runs use their unique run ID, so neither running nor pending release evidence is replaced by a newer run. Preserve all existing Linux, Windows and macOS coverage where present.
All trigger/path filters, job and check names, matrices, runner labels, test commands, dependency versions, permissions and artifacts are preserved. Release and deployment workflows are untouched. No same-SHA result is reused across different event contexts.
Validation: actionlint 1.7.12 passed for changed workflows; YAML structural comparison across the audited before/after workflows passed, allowing only the stated cache or concurrency fields. Checked dependency paths against Git trees and checkout prefixes. The concurrency model passed 31 isolation cases. git diff --check passed. This is local configuration proof, not a hosted performance measurement; no manual hosted rerun was requested.
Draft for review only: no merge, release, deployment or version bump. Expected savings depend on cache hits and superseded PR activity; no percentage estimate is claimed.
