New CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) explainer covering the difference between corrective/preventive action, process steps, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification, with an FAQ block for FAQPage schema. Also adds a natural inline link to the new post from 5 existing quality-process articles wherever they already mention corrective action.
