Image creation now builds the HighBar stock plugin against exact Recoil headers and acquires the complete pinned official engine payload, selected BAR Rapid game graph and Avalanche map. The default final image enters through the maintained headless launcher in a fresh writable runtime directory. A repository-owned Ubuntu builder uses a fixed signed apt snapshot and the existing immutable vcpkg baseline; produced package/tool manifests and the resulting image ID are qualification outputs.
Validation: ten inert container source controls, Python AST/JSON/preflight, shell syntax and whitespace checks passed. Canonical routine eligibility and operation-boundary fixtures passed. Independent review found no definite source defect.
Image pull/build, actual toolchain/ELF/load compatibility and native gameplay remain unqualified. Noble DevIL1.7.8 versus Recoil's requested1.8 is explicitly recorded for the first actual build; the existing finder does not implement version checking. This source delivery performs no container or engine execution and establishes no gameplay acceptance.
