fix(release): list every conventional commit type in the release notes - #129

The commit analyser released a patch for docs, test, build, ci, chore and the other types, but the notes generator defaulted to a preset that hides them, so those releases came out empty. The conventionalcommits preset is pinned to the major its generator supports, and every type the analyser accepts is shown under its own section.
Regenerated for every tag from the same commit ranges semantic-release used, with the new configuration.

The commit analyser releases a patch for docs, test, build, ci, chore, style and refactor commits, but the notes generator used a preset that hides them, so those releases and their CHANGELOG.md entries came out empty (2.7.2 is one). The release-notes-generator now uses the conventionalcommits preset with every type the analyser accepts shown under its own section, and CHANGELOG.md is backfilled for every tag from the same commit ranges semantic-release used.
The preset is pinned to 9.x because 10.x needs a newer changelog writer than semantic-release ships and fails at render time. Release bodies are backfilled separately, keeping the hand-written note on 1.0.0.
