Wires up the
toolbox-updaterpublished in v1.6.0 and never deployed: until now every toolbox bump was applied by hand, and nothing failed in between to make the drift visible.Weekly, so drift never exceeds seven days. Deterministic, not agentic — comparing two SHAs and recompiling costs nothing to reason about.
